Tomas J. Ledden
President

Tom is one of the founding partners of Gotham Elevator Inspection and serves as the company's President. In that role, Tom is instrumental in crafting the strategic direction of the agency. In addition to his management responsibilities, Tom is directly engaged with all levels of personnel at elevator maintenance companies, and personally oversees the agency's most important client relationships.

Tom began his career at Imperial Elevator in 1986, and spent more than 18 years with the New York City Housing Authority's Elevator Division. After receiving his Elevator Director's License, he incorporated Gotham Elevator Inspection in September of 2004. He also owned and operated Jetsetting, Inc., a personal travel agency.

Tom lives with his wife and three children in Mamaroneck, New York.
Charles A. Miraglia
Vice President

As a founding partner Charles serves as Gotham Elevator Inspection's Vice-President. He is instrumental in crafting the strategic direction of the agency.

Charles is involved in all areas of the business including management, client relations, scheduling, and new business. He is the agency's leading authority on the New York City Elevator Code.

Charles started in the elevator industry when he was 17 years old, and has been steadily rising through the ranks for over 30 years. He began his career in repair and maintenance with Marcato Elevator, and spent 18 years with the New York City Housing Authority's Elevator Division. At this agency, Charles rose to become Deputy Assistant Director for the Technical Services Division. He joined Gotham full-time in 2009. Charles was a member of the New York City Elevator Industry Advisory Council, the New York City Code Committee and the New York City Code Interpretation Committee.

Delia A. Welty - Director of Operations dwelty@gothamelevatorinspection.com

Delia joined Gotham in 2008 and serves as Director of Operations. She develops, adjusts and oversees internal processes, and works with IT personnel to bring cutting-edge technology to Gotham and its' clients. She has recently been credited with spearheading the invention, development and US Patent Pending of GEI TestTracker. Delia is also the agency's Creative Director, building and maintaining Gotham's brand image and supervising all marketing.

Delia has had a diverse career history. Her prior experience includes serving in communications with McKinsey & Company, in international mergers and acquisitions with Union Bank of Switzerland and in the account services area of Wells Rich Green BDDP. Delia earned a BA in English from Pace University and an MA in Education from New York University. She taught English Language Arts at as well as English as a Second Language at New Rochelle High School. She was an Adjunct Professor of English at the College of New Rochelle's School of New Resources.

Delia lives with her husband and three children in Mamaroneck, New York.
