Are you working with a Third-Party Witness?
Gotham is a DOB-Approved Third-Party Witnessing Agency. All of our inspectors are certified by both the NYCDOB and NAESA International, and they are also QEI certified.

We provide third-party witnessing services for Periodical Category 1 and Category 5 Inspections and Tests within New York City, as well as QEI testing of elevator devices outside of the five boroughs.

We will work with you to schedule, witness and file all of the pertinent documentation with the local jurisdictions upon the completion of the inspection.
